All orders are handled in the order in which they are received.

Please review your order to ensure it is accurate. Changes or additions to orders will not be acceptable after the order has been placed.

GST & PST will be applied on all orders. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our store they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

All products leaving Your Secret Desires are checked, and in good working condition.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

All orders are delivered in discreet envelopes and boxes to preserve your privacy. The only identifying mark on the package is your mailing address and ours.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Please allow 10 business days for delivery for products that are sold out.

Any personal information you supply to us will never be shared, traded or transferred to any other business or organization.

Your Secret Desires ships all of your items standard shipping on a single flat rate. To stretch your shipping dollar, we suggest ordering several items at once. Your shipping cost won't go up, but you'll save more money than by placing multiple orders.

Refused shipments will be charged a restocking fee plus freight charges. Reshipping will incur additional freight charges.

Please check all orders carefully upon receipt of goods for damages or discrepancy in quantities. Order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving shipment.

All tampered or repacked boxes while in the hands of a carrier are the customer's responsibility and the customer must make the claim with the carrier.

Damages that occur during shipping must be claimed with the carrier. Please keep all original packaging. If the box is discarded Your Secret Desires will not accept any damages claimed.
